Housing Survey, Falmouth
Falmouth has around half of all Cornwall's registered Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
On 16th June, 2017 an article 4 direction for Falmouth came into effect, (this is made by a local planning authority to restrict the scope of permitted development rights).

Falmouth has a diverse population with individual housing needs, all to be carefully balanced to ensure a sustainable community and a good quality of life for all.

Save our Falmouth believes it is important to get a clear picture of the housing balance in the town. Can you help?
We would like to collate information about housing within the streets and roads of Falmouth and keep a record of the changes that are happening.

Please click on the image and download the survey form.
This is an interactive pdf (possibly not on your phone or in your internet browser, you need to download it).
Please complete the form and save the file.
Then kindly email it to: [email protected]

If easier for you, print out the form and fill in manually, ticking boxes etc.
This can be placed into the box in the Municipal Building on the Moor (front lobby window ledge).
Or, scanned and emailed to: [email protected]
Alternatively bring along to our public meeting, typically 2nd Tuesday of the Month at the Falmouth Rugby Club.

Thank you.

The article 4 direction works alongside Falmouth's Neighbourhood Plan and there are further website pages and information available.
